I struggled with acne and dermatitis for years. I bought fancy skincare, tried expensive treatments, cried while looking in the mirror, hid behind layers of makeup, and photoshopped my skin in pictures.

Fav Veggie
Cabbage! I can eat cabbage every day and be a happy camper. I especially love it fermented as sauerkraut or kimchi!

I love strength training! It makes me feel like superwoman. Trail running and pilates are other favourites.

The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan (any of his food books are incredible).

Rainbow Trout with black bean sauce, buckwheat grouts and rapini (or some other green veggie).
